I started doing a wide variety of cases early on, but the majority of my practice was in the areas of criminal and family law. At a later point I was appointed a part-time assistant Crown Attorney, in Windsor, Chatham, Sarnia and Whitby
After obtaining an additional US law degree and being admitted in New York and the District of Columbia, I practiced in wide variety of matters, including US and Canadian immigration law. I still concentrated on criminal law. I also provided criminal duty counsel services.
My practice has been about 90% criminal law, which has include cases in superior court with juries. I also do appeals.
